I really love the mask for neck and face as pulsing is there in face masks and should help absorb the light better…. Happy for that
Has an nir setting so very happy with that.
The digital readout isn’t so helpful as when on Nir which is clear and no way to check if it’s working except for the minutes going down…. So when the screen goes black you have to start again . A bit frustrating

Love the mask but it won’t stay charged.

I was so excited to get this mask. However, I haven’t used it much and it does not stay charged. If it’s plugged in to the charger, the block becomes VERY HOT and is unsafe to use that way. I’ve emailed the company hoping for help with this matter
