I opened the mask as a birthday gift last night and attempted to charge it. The charging pack was left on overnight and never turned on or charged.

I’ve only been able to use the mask twice as I just received it as a gift this weekend, but I can already see a difference in my skin. For how unbelievable that may sound. I had a few blemishes that are gone and my skin just seems smoother and brighter.

Not too heavy over the face, I like the adjustable straps, I’m a smaller build and a lot of products slip easy. The 10 minute timer is perfect. Highly recommended

I am currently waiting for a replacement device because the lights just stopped working after a couple of months. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the new one
