An absolute beast in a gorgeous case. I love that the ram and the fans are all synchronized for RGB effects, and the included antenna lets me connect my Xbox controller for wireless play

No issues. PC did arrive in cold weather so had to let get to room temperature before setting up to avoid condensate ruining the electronics. Slightly concerned due to unfamiliarity of the brand of the case fans and AIO ( Cooler One) but they seem to keep the PC running at nominal temperatures under a load. I did go ahead and add a heatsink to the gen5 NVME to be safe. One thing that would be nice if the website could outline the potential model of motherboard before purchase to help with understand for potential upgrades for the future, as well what video outputs are available on the GPU.
For anyone looking to purchase a PC, be sure to also purchase a proper Surge protector to protect your investment from potential electrical damage from overcurrents.

Words can’t describe how I feel right now! Huge thanks to Skytech for being amazing. When I first started looking for a gaming PC, I was skeptical about prebuilds, but I’ll keep it short—this one is a total home run. I’m beyond satisfied. If anyone has doubts, trust me when I say this company is worth every penny. The packaging was tight and secure, setup was a breeze, and processing time was quick. This is my second Skytech PC. It was shipped very fast, and so far it works great, and hopefully will give me 3+ years of excellent performance just like the previous one did. However, the code provided for the free game (Crimson Desert) does not work. AMD Support advised me that it's the wrong code for the CPU. I have an Email into support, and they just... don't answer. I know this doesn't reflect on the PC, but it does reflect on the experience. Hopefully somebody will reach out after reading this, and I can someday edit the review.

Great pc only reason I am giving 3 stars is the motherboard is very low end and I haven't been able to figure out how to change the RGB on the AIO fans.

Works great and got it on sale. HOWEVER case came with scratches on the metal aswell as the glass. Used a cheaper motherboard than the pics. Had super glue holding in some pins on the motherboard. The signal RGB doesn’t control all fans. AIO fans are controlled with a button, you have to open the back panel to access this button. ALSO did not come with any of the antenna for the WiFi and Bluetooth! Cmon.
Works great but the price of this pc there should not be so many inconveniences .
