They are always helpful and insightful to make sure the computer fits my needs or in this case, the needs of my kid who is very happy ever since getting her new Blaze ll!

This pc works soo good I've been using it constantly and runs good I get 240 fps in fortnite and been winning wagers alot more and im just all in all happy with this pc and it never lagged on me never had my game crash and it's just a great pc!!!

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase! Gamers on the internet shame prebuilt PCs because they often cut corners in various ways, so I felt like I was taking a risk on this. But after having it for a couple weeks, I couldn't be happier with it.
Setup instructions could have definitely been better. There were essentially none. What did come with the PC told me to go to the site for instructions on this specific PC, and there weren't any. This is the only reason my review isn't 5/5.
It also came with the wrong cooler, but Skytech Support offered to send me the right one or get a partial refund, so it seems they handle mistakes like that very nicely.
