This pc exceeded my expectations my light games like the sims 4 ,second life and imvu run smoother than I could ever imagine I more than highly recommend if your looking to play simulation games and the price is also a plus this pc came with windows already installed and updated overall and amazing experience for my first official gaming PC

No Bluetooth card ! Guess I assumed that was a given these days - either that or its broken but since support is only open Mon-Friday 9:00am “ 6:00pm California Time it makes it hard to call and wait for help since I have to work...... They don't provide a detail list of components I guess for a reason.
Delivered with the burn-in software login still active so It kept booting to an Administrator. I eventually figured out how to get out of it and have the PC start up like it was the first time but kind of a big boo boo. It really sucks when you have to spend the first hour of a new PC just getting it to start up....
Two stars might be harsh as this is a good value PC but no bluetooth and support only 9-6 CA time M/F is going to make me think twice before I upgrade the other pc's in my house......
