Purchased this desktop primarily for video editing... my box store laptop was not cutting it anymore with 4k video. This machine chews it up and spits it out no problem!!! Fantastic performance!!! Out of the box it is a real performer. I did later install an SSD drive and migrate the OS over, and that improved the speed even more. But as is, this is a GREAT deal.

Customer support was very prompt when I first placed my order and didn't add my address correctly. When the box came, it was double boxed with styrofoam on the corners and plenty of packing cushions. It came with a folder on how to set it up, a quick troubleshooting page, and a quality control sheet. The inside of the pc had some more packing cushions to protect the hardware and the tempered glass on the window. This DOES come with a keyboard and mouse. They are both decent quality. If you like a quiet keyboard, this is for you. The PC tower itself is actually pretty light. I guess about 5-10 lbs. It's just kind of bulky (obv). I turned it on and it was already to go. I will buy from them again when I decide to upgrade.
