This is my first PC, easy to unbox, easy to set up, and easy to use. Looks extremely nice on my desk, comes with a nice amount of USB plugs. When the fans turn on its slightly loud, but nothing crazy or distracting. I didn't even notice until my husband mentioned it to me and he said it wasn't crazy loud at all, he just noticed it. Games play nicely and smooth, I have played Hogwarts, Disney Dream light, Minecraft, Warframe, and Forza. No complaints at all. I also use the PC for work (digital designing and editing) I do use an external drive for storage for work but the PC handles the software nicely. My husband has built all his own PCs since childhood and he's amazed at how good this PC is, especially for the price. We completely recommend, especially for first timers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Time, but worth it

TLDR: Ordered this December 26th, did not receive a working PC until January 17th, but works great.
They originally gave me a PC that did not work, so I did all the troubleshooting. It didn’t work, so I contacted support, and they deducted that I had a faulty GPU. After sending it back, it took about a week and a half until it was back from California. It is working, but they gave me the GPU model with two fans as opposed to 3 originally, which was odd. It’s the same GPU, so I haven’t bothered to contact support as that would cost me another two weeks. The computer, though, works great. I’ve been able to run all the games I have at high to ultra settings and I get good frames.

Constant crashes and restarts Faulty hardware

Nothing but constant issues with this pc it is constantly crashing due to either memory leakage or faulty hard ware My pc is making some weird grinding noises as soon as my pc is about to crash I've literally done 3 days worth of fixing and still haven't fixed or solve the solution, My only solution is its either a ram issue GPU issue or a PSU issue. Very disappointed i heard good things by this website and thus far nothing has become good from buying this pc so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure what happened but Windows totally crashed after owning the PC for a couple of days and got stuck in a boot loop. I was able to fix it myself. Since then a week or so later it's been alright.
