Poor product and awful support.

SSD runs extremely hot, even when computer is idle. Randomly disconnects from computer - overheating? Support via web seems designed to make life as difficult as possible. Doesn't support Safari browser!!! Packaging requirements totally over the top. All seems designed to discourage warranty claims.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
