Great Dishwasher

Pots and pans fit easily and lots of room for what ever we are using. Cleans well and drys well. Performing as expected or better. Very happy with the purchase.

User interface is frustrating - miss use of tech

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this unit in Dec 2024 . When setting up you are strongly compelled to make use of the 'Home Connect' application. Moreover many cycles / settings/ features on the dishwasheer are unavailable unless you do. The problem is that the Home Connect application / user intrerface for this appliance (maybe in general ) is not user friendly, not intuitive and very difficult to navigate . As an example , we recieved a notice after ~30 days that a maintenance cycle was recommended . Ok , so this is a cycle that is only available from the Home connnect app. Trying to find it on the app and launch it took 15 minutes of navigating through menus. Want to change the setting for the rinse agent ? once again the app is required. My wife now refuses to use the dishwasher . The technology is interesting and has potential but unfortunately Bosch has missed the mark in terms of the user interaction with this appliance. It is as if the entire UI was built without an overarching vision of how the appliance is used.

A Quiet Trooper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Bosche I've had and there is such a difference from my past Kenmore and Whirlpools.The operation is nearly silent unless you are using the heavy setting. I was skeptical of not having a heating element, but dishes have come out dry and cleaner than ever. You just have to be sure to set the dry aid up before using. The app is convenient to customize cycles, tweak settings like start time or dry aid, and get updates on when it finishes. Putting in dishes is a different experience compared to your normal washer, but after seeing how others set it up, I have no issue fitting all my dishes. I've used both tablets and powder detergent and both work great. The best part is the sound it makes when it closes, sooo satisfying!

Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher checks all of the boxes. It is quiet and gets everything super clean. I love the upper rack for silverware. Besides giving me more room in the bottom rack, itt makes sorting the utensils so quick and easy.

This model is much nosier than all other Bosch dishwasher models I had, no insulation installed as normally would've been with previoius models. Very small utensils basket, just half size of what it was previously, had to take the utensils basket from my old dishwasher and install in my new one. Drying cycle is insufficient, had this problem with some previous models. Decreased rack for wine glasses, had to take the entire upper basket from the old dishwasher and install in my new one.

Happy with my Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher died and when doing my research before purchasing a new one, I kept seeing Bosch as the obvious choice over and over so we went with it. I am very happy we did. I love my top third rack for utensils, it's so quiet when it's running, and my dishes are so clean. The only thing I wish it did was turn the red light on the bottom when it's running to blue or white when the cycle is completed so everyone knows the dishes instead are clean and ready to be put away. Other than that I am very pleased with our Bosch purchase.
