I don't know how I lived with OUT this grill. Since I have had it, I have used it literally every day. It makes bacon perfectly, grills burgers, dogs, and steaks perfectly also. I also put some broccoli and onions and it blackened part of it which was delicious! I highly recommend this compact griddle for one or two people and if you have a family, get the larger version. BTW: I did try a cheaper version first and after using it one time, I returned it and paid the extra money for this perfect little Cuisinart!! You get what you pay for.

My Cuisinart Griddler Compact arrived on My 6 and I have used it every day since to prepare breakfast and/or dinner. Griddling is for vegans too!! I love this thing! Breakfast sausage, dinner Italian sausage, burgers, tofu, panini... Great size for one or two humans. Easy to use and clean. And it accepts my compliments with style.

I couldn't be happier with my new Compact Cuisinart Griddler. This compact version is perfect for a household of one or two. I've used it to make quesadillas, cook fish, chicken breasts and a steak. Everything has turned out perfect. Better than heating up my oven. I had an air fryer for a while but nothing beats that seared food with the grill marks! I haven't tried the griddle side of the plates but can't wait until the weekend when I make pancakes for Sunday brunch.
The reversible plates are so easy to take off and clean up so quickly. Nothing has stuck to them. Not even when I put a little too much cheese in my quesadilla and it oozed out.
I have always been a big fan of Cuisinart products and own several other items. Quality products!

I compared the sizes and features of all the Griddler models and decided to try the Compact. I was so happy when I saw the size of it - just right for 1 or 2 people. I was more excited when I tried it for the first time for a grilled cheese and a turkey burger and both turned out perfectly cooked. I was able to cook 2 sandwiches with it closed, but was pleased to see it can also be used open. It is so easy to remove the plates and the drip tray to clean up. I’m very happy with my choice and would recommend this model without hesitation.
