Love These Chairs

I ended up buying 3 of these chairs and I love them. Have a small apartment and a 24" table. The chairs are comfortable and do exactly what I wanted them to do -- be there, but 'disappear' which allows the dining area to look larger. I also have a 'ghost' arm chair that matches these chairs that I use at my desk in the living room, it can be easily added at the table if needed. I find all comfortable. Love them. Recommend them.

I ordered these chairs for my dining room. I shopped in store and online for a few years and finally decided to go with these. I LOVE the look and they were shipped fast, already assembled and came as described! Would recommend!

Needed a couple of chairs on front porch since we don't smoke in the house. Was using some cloth chairs folders which were an eyesore. Found these beauties, fast shipping. What a nice deal!

I received my 4 chairs in one box! They are just beautiful and they go along with my Glass Table. I should have gotten them monogramed but I didn't. They fit in so beautifully. I give them a 5 rating.

Perfect For My Purposes

They are exactly what I was looking for. I'd admired the Starck original at MOMA & imagined they would make great additional chairs for my Italian glass dining room table. I have 4 stunning dining-sized clear "arctic fractal" chairs which are stunning. More would overdo it. I needed extra chairs that would rarely be used but would look simple, take nothing away, be useable should I have more than 4 at dinner. I hit on these and almost ordered others when I read their reviews. Th0se by the other maker were described by many as weak, uncomfortable, surprisingly "cheap" in look and quality. At a seat size of 12.5" , I didn't expect comfort. But the rest? Yes I expected strength, an expensive look, etc. I found the "Flash" brand and these had terrific reviews: sturdy, not uncomfortable, well-made, and classy. Everyone said sturdy! I ordered direct (saving more money).They came quickly, beautifully packed (they stack, a plus I had not even realized). and like the other customers, I am very happy. They are gorgeous. They fit behind the table, all 4. Not only do they take nothing away, they ADD class! The tops are higher than my other chairs and the whole area looks very elegant. And surdy? Yes? Very, very, sturdy. Strong, elegant, well-made, and as comfortable as one can expect from a side chair. They do not advertise them as dining room chairs, it's worth remembering. They are advertised as side chairs which are never that comfotrtable! They are just as comfortable as any side chair anywhere. In my home, the people who use these will either be children or very skinny adults drinking wine. They, like me, will be happy with these strong, stunning, elegant, sturdy, and almost comfortable side chairs used as dining room chairs on rare occasions! Perfect.
