Purchased a 55” QLED Samsung from Best Buy, came home to find a crack on the screen. Returned it for a new one, which also had a crack. Best Buy needs to be more gentle with their stock inventory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this Samsung Smart TV during the Black Friday sales and I am very happy with the quality, sound, picture and overall performance. Comes with Samsung TV Plus and allows me to watch a lot of free content. The 144 Hz prevents is fantastic and prevents lagging during action movies. I easily connected it to my OXS soundbar to get the surround-sound and my older model SONY DVD player. This TV proves that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars to get a great quality TV at an affordable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Old guy gets Smart TV

So I have been putting off getting a smart TV.
Never saw the need, may sound weird to some.
But not a techno person.
Had an old TV that a friend gave me old LED .
Had my computer hooked to.
Decided to get something better , went with the Samsung 55 QLED , Great colour saturation, easy operation for an old guy. No large remote with lots of buttons, small easy to use remote, was very easy to set up and bring across my Netflix and YouTube memberships.

Worth every dollar

This is a recent purchase (less than a month), but I feel quite comfortable saying that this TV is excellent. It is sharp, responsive and an all around pleasure to use. Considering the prices for the newer technology, this TV is a great value for the money.
