Less than happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the picture is fantastic, there is nothing else I like. The remote is challenging to use and on screen navigation is far too complicated. If a Tv needs a 175 page user manual it is entirely too complicated!

Thanks for your review. If you've found the User Guide difficult to understand, you may want to enable Learn TV Remote. This is a feature designed to help users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. When enabled, pressing any button (except the Power button, which will still turn off the TV) will prompt the TV to announce the button’s name and its purpose – without affecting TV operation.
This teaching mode is especially useful for users who are visually impaired or new to Samsung remotes. To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, simply press the Return key twice.
Learn Menu Screen is another accessibility feature that helps users navigate on-screen menus with audio guidance. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll through the settings – without making any actual changes. This is a helpful tool for users who are visually impaired or new to using Smart TV menus.
To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit Learn Menu Screen, press the Return key twice.

Beautiful Picture and Great Features

Wish I had of upgraded earlier due to upgrades with this TV. This is a really nice TV with all the bells and whistles as well as a great picture. Super happy with my purchase!
