I purchased this lock about a year ago in Md, intended for my front door in my new home in Florida. Now that it is installed and was able to troubleshoot the fingerprint access option, I am very satisfied with the purchase. I know have access to my home via keys, access code and fingerprint. I can use the camera and see who is wanting to come in and I can talk to them, before opening the door. I can remotely open the door if need be!! The only issue that I have is that the front panel doesn't light up right away; perhaps a sensitivity issue; but there is no way to adjust the sensitivity. This is a minor issue as I can keep touching the pad until I get connection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This purchase was a great move. Only sad part was someone removed part of my magnet to that allows the lock to auto detect closure and open of the door. But lockly provided great support in allowing me to get that replaced.

Great for relatives and pet sitters

I have had this for a few years and love the features. I use the biometric to open the doors and gave a key to my neighbor to look in on my cat while away for the weekend. It records if it detects unusual activity, like someone using a key to open. Just tap the screen to lock and walk away. With the app I am never locked out, even if the fingerprint feature malfunctions.

Had this for several months....it works...but every so often it gets knocked off the "network" and the functions that make it worth the price don't work AND it's difficult to troubleshoot and fix. I just wait for the lock to come back on line which could be days to weeks. It could be user error, but the help function is not user friendly nor model specific.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good quality vision in day lighting not good night

I bought this a month ago had a few problems installing as I was trying to use existing holes they should have more options in a simple cover plate then mount to that photo below. Also when door is rung instead of a just a notification it should open app so it's ready to operate instead of then having to go to app and then wait for connections
