I assigned finger prints for all the family members. We can go for a walk in the neighborhood without carrying a key or worry for forgetting the key. Kids come directly home after school and they don't need to carry a key and I don't fear they will lose keys.

In general, I like the lock but I have major problems:
1. The quality of the camera is awful - and also it is taking too much time until you get a picture
2. When using it remotely (with the bridge located 30cm from the lock) it is taking so much time- so slow.

Great Lock with Camera

Although the lock was a bit expensive, it works great. We had it professionally installed by a locksmith to make sure it was done properly since the directions were a bit intimidating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great lock and camera

I have had this for almost 2 years and the lock and camera work great. We use it in our vacation home and the space is also a vacation rental. I can open the door from 2000 km away and see and talk to people at the door. We use energizer lithium AA batteries and they really last a long time. Lithium is the way to go. We coat the lock exterior with a light oil to prevent corrosion as we are in a seaside location with salt in the air. Happy with us smart video lock. We us fingerprint access for extended family!
