Lockly Vision and Support Experience with Ellie!!

I’ve been using the Lockly Vision smart lock for several years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most reliable and innovative smart home products I’ve owned. The combination of fingerprint access, video doorbell integration, and remote management gives both peace of mind and convenience, especially for someone who travels frequently like myself.
What truly elevates the experience, however, is the exceptional support from Ellie. From the very first order to ongoing guidance and troubleshooting over the years, Ellie has consistently gone above and beyond. Ellie's responsiveness, product knowledge, and willingness to help, even with the smallest queries has made managing and upgrading my Lockly system a seamless experience.
I was so impressed that I also purchased the Lockly Vision Elite for my holiday home, and again, I’m very pleased. The installation was straightforward, the app is intuitive, and the product simply works, day in and day out.
Highly recommended, both the Lockly Vision line and the outstanding support team behind it.

Nice lock, missing some integrated features

Takes 8 batteries, requires an annoying base station to be physically connected to a router which is very inconvenient. Nice lock otherwise, works well, looks nice and has good functionality. Do not like the wired door sensor as it's unsightly and cannot add a wireless one. Needs to have these features included within the lock and that will help immensely.

Après avoir rencontré un problème de connexion entre ma serrure et l’application, j’ai reçu des instructions claires, structurées et faciles à suivre. Grâce à leur accompagnement, tout fonctionne désormais parfaitement : la connexion est stable, et toutes les fonctionnalités, y compris le déverrouillage à distance, sont pleinement opérationnelles.

Very good stuff. A bit complicated to install. Absolutly a not DYS, you need a professional to install. Works good, batteries last a lot, it is not a very high energy consumer.

Great support!

I called them and then hung up, about an hour later they called me back and worked with me and got my luck working again. I had switched to new routers and it turned out. It was the battery in the lock itself that needed to be updated! Great work from the LOCKLY team getting me back online.
