Lockly helped with malfunctioning lock and gave us the service that I needed. But today it got turned around and I’m very excited how they stepped up to make it right. I recommend their products hands-down I’ve never found any other that is as dependable as theirs.

Satisfied with this product.. the only problem i got was the first product i bought have some issue so i returned it and gave me a new one.. they gave me a new one and satisfied with the result!

This model I like a lot because it also has a doorbell fingerprint keypad. It has everything and it works very good. Plus you can look through the camera call it doesn’t delay the voice or anything. I am very happy with it. I bought one for the front door one for the back Now all my family members have one too on top of everything if you have any problems, I lost my keys to one of these locks and they took care of the problem right away without any additional fee.
I would recommend this to a friend!
