I bought the Locky Vision Smart Lock + Video Doorbell 6 months ago and couldn't be happier! Extremely easy to install, took me about 15minutes (and I'm a girl!). The video installation step-by-step instructions were a great help.
My favorite feature of this smart lock is the biometric fingerprint entry. It hasn't failed me once and I don't worry about bringing a key with me...ever! I love that there is an option for number pad entry too, and a physical key! So you can really choose what entry option works best for you.
You can also set up temporary access codes for visitors, although I haven't used this feature yet, so cannot comment on it.
Another cool feature that I love is that the video starts recording when someone uses a key entry or tries to tamper with the lock. For about a week my boyfriend was using a key instead of the other entry methods and it recorded him every time.
And the deadbolt also auto locks when you close the door (you can set a time after which it locks - we chose 5 seconds).
Least favorite feature: doorbell. We have a 4-story townhome, so the doorbell sound that comes from the lock is not loud enough for us, but we kind of expected that. I'm sure it would work for a 1 or even 2 story house like a gem.
One feature I wish it had: if the video could start recording when it sensed movement (vs only tampering with key entry or a doorbell actually being pressed) - it would double as a security camera too.
Overall - I absolutely love this smart lock. Sleek look, secure and easy to use!

No deadlock feature

Yes I know these are made in the US where deadlocks are illegal, but how about an add-on for Aus? Very misleading calling it a deadbolt when the can’t deadlock it! I had to add another lock to get this feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this lock!

I'm so glad I purchased this lock, I love the fingerprint feature , since I can never find my keys. It's effortless and if I have groceries , I don't have to be fidgeting trying to open the door. I also like that it alarms if not closed properly. It also has a pass code option, and a key option too. I like that I can see on my phone if door has been left unlocked, and who's coming in and out of the home.it also records video for door tampering. It looks very nice also, sleek and it matches great with my door. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase. However I wasn't aware there was a dementia Lockly, I wish I would have seen it, since my father suffers from dementia, and its a concern with him opening the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had this lock on my wishlist for a while and glad this was my choice. Super user friendly. I had a locksmith install mine as was adding in addition to what I already had. But seemed easy enough to install if you were replacing your existing lock. The tilt on camera is higher than I expected so camera view is higher than I wanted. Camera quality is average- was hoping for better clarity but still woukd choose this product over separate lock and doorbell anyday. Not sure if x2 admin users can be added - I haven't managed to figure that out yet. Buut overall super happy with the product. Fingerprint access is super quick. I like the code features as well. Sleek and tidy look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is nice to have if you want to let certain people in without having to be at the door. It works well in place of a doorbell, a camera, and being able to give people the code to get in if they need.
