IM'ed into support and spoke to Andrea about replacing the SSD. It looks like they used one wrong screw which made it very difficult to remove. Got it out after prying and forcing and replaced the SSD.

I have had this PC for a few months now and I LOVE it! I play VR and it runs great for gaming, when the session is dedicated to the game.
Sometimes, its a bit slow when I have too many Chrome tabs open and I am multitasking, but I will install more RAM and see how that goes.
Very important question: the red LED lights which display through the glass side of the case are not lighting up, so it seems they came unplugged. Is this the case? Any advice on how to correct it?

Got mine back at the start of school. Needed an upgrade from my breaking old laptop for a while now, decided to get something nice. Was definitely a good choice. Haven't had any problems, the setup was easy, and you can upgrade the RAM as long as you buy the right type. It's more then powerful enough for the low end gaming I do to be a perfect experience as well! Already recommended it to a friend who has been thinking about upgrading as well.
