I am on week 3 or 4 with the pc and out of the box it had some issues that needed tweaking. I think skytech sets the pc on very safe settings, well I couldn’t play a game through on Fortnite or arc raiders without the pc bricking, mind you this is day one. I’ve since tweaked the PSU, and also set the fans to move air a little bit more and I haven’t had the issue since. It’s been an amazing pre built and I can Azure you if I had issues I trust in skytech to fulfill them.

I highly recommend this pc for starters it's not too expensive not to cheap it's just right and it is great performance when played fps is outstanding love the GPU and my favorite part is the style!

with the crazy cost of pc parts right now, i am so happy with my decision to purchase this pc. she's (yes she's a she) beautiful, compact, and highly efficient. i am still in the process of testing all of my favorite games, but so far she is a beast and has completely transformed my after-work game sessions. this model is a total steal for the price. skytech has always been my favorite pre-built company to purchase from. they ship out so quickly, and package things super well. my previous computer, purchased in 2019, still runs perfectly to this day. absolutely delighted with my experience, and my new computer.

random crashes and restarts

I bought this PC a week ago because I was looking for an upgrade from my last prebuilt that came from another company. I heard good things about SkyTechGaming, but from the first day I received the PC it has crashed everyday randomly. With applications open or simply just running Youtube. It has costed me hours of work in Blender. I bought a prebuilt as I don't know much about PCs and now I am having to fix and work on it myself. I am questioning if I should have just bought parts and learned how to make my own PC at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first PC, easy to unbox, easy to set up, and easy to use. Looks extremely nice on my desk, comes with a nice amount of USB plugs. When the fans turn on its slightly loud, but nothing crazy or distracting. I didn't even notice until my husband mentioned it to me and he said it wasn't crazy loud at all, he just noticed it. Games play nicely and smooth, I have played Hogwarts, Disney Dream light, Minecraft, Warframe, and Forza. No complaints at all. I also use the PC for work (digital designing and editing) I do use an external drive for storage for work but the PC handles the software nicely. My husband has built all his own PCs since childhood and he's amazed at how good this PC is, especially for the price. We completely recommend, especially for first timers.
