I have used this product a couple of times now and it works great for getting out light wrinkles. It heats up fast and it’s nice to have a water tank that is big enough to allow me to do more than just a couple of garments at a time without refilling. I would suggest making sure the water tank is empty when moving it as water may spill out. I also wish the hanger extended more to the side to help hold garments out.

Works well; however difficult to read settings on the dial, also clips to hang garment (ie.pants) is akward and difficult to clip garment to - would be easier if clips hung below bar and not on the bar

It heats up quickly and produces a strong, consistent steam that removes wrinkles effortlessly, even on thicker fabrics like suits and jackets. The upright design is super convenient and makes steaming clothes much easier compared to handheld options.
The multiple settings are a great feature, allowing me to adjust depending on the fabric, and I really appreciate the auto shut-off for safety. The water tank is also a good size, so I don’t have to refill it constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for home use. Easy to set up and use. Heated up in seconds and was steaming my wrinkled shirt. All the wrinkles were gone and perfectly neat dress shirt (hubby will be very happy). Seems very well made and worked great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a garment steamer for years and I sing their praises to anyone who will listen. This steamer has a temperature control dial, just like an iron and it has a built in hanger with the clip option for pants. I never wanted nor cared if the steamer had the built in hanger until I used this one, I will never use another steamer that does not have this feature. It prevents the garment from flopping around and falling off the hanger or falling off the steamer however it isn’t as easy as just turning the garment around with the hanger but I will take the trade off. This steamer heats up very quickly and the white and gold make it very stylish if you need to leave it out. So far the one improvement needed that I have noticed is the water tank. For optimal performance of a garment steamer distilled water should really be used unfortunately the water tank in this steamer is angled so it is a little more difficult to fill it but definitely much easier to fill if someone holds the take and someone else pours the water. So far I have had very good luck with my garment steamers lasting many years so hopefully this one follows suit. If you have to iron anything, stop and go get this steamer!!!!
