I seeked out this monitor specifically for its advertised brightness of 600 nits, and bought it when it was on sale (regular $850 CAD, sale for $550) - my desk setup is window facing, so the afternoon sun was making it tough to see my screens. Upgraded from my budget 250 nit Koorui 27" 1440p that I bought on Amazon. The increased brightness was immediately noticeable and fantastic. Compared to my old Koorui, has deeper blacks (though that is not saying much). Frankly, this is all I can speak to: I am sure most 4k 32" monitors stack up fairly well against each other these days - and I do think mine has great colour and sharpness- but I am no expert in this field. I am a programmer, not a gamer. So far very worth it, very bright, feels sturdy and premium, and was good value on sale. Also I like that I won't get burn in. I will rate the 'value' average because I do think $850 is a little steep as the base price.
