I needed to reset all data for Google play services in order to get any of them to connect (this issue needs to be better documented) but once I got them connected they work very well. The quality of plastic used is also a bit on cheap side, scratches really easey and there is zero seal in the battery compartment. But for the price and capabilities it's still worth it.

We bought these to be able to trace my mum who has Alzheimer disease and can get lost sometimes. She wears one as a necklace and one in her handbag. Thanks for offering different color options as she is fond of the green color and therefore accepts to wear it. Gold and silver would be great additions to the color options.

I like most of the features of Chipolo POP, the colors are beautiful and the packing is cute. It's very easy to set and the tracking is great, even when I have problems I can easily get contact with the client service, they're so friendly and helpful, I don't feel stupid when I can't manage it. And they do read my messages instead of letting AI service to deal with me. I do appreciate this a lot! Just that I bought these for my cats and if it beeps when it's not connected for a while, that'll scare them. I wish there'll be some more features or products made for pets, I imagine this would be needed for pet parents
