My light from Phillips takes the place of the sun as it rays shorten each day,, that is a big feat to replace the sun.. but my light brings to my desk all the benefits of the sun and more. thanks for bringing light into my life.

eases my depression

Useless piece of garbage.

I can't stand this thing. I can't figure out how to set the controls for what I want and there are no instructions on the thing. The alarm goes off forever until you stop it and the light is blinding. All in all I would say it is the most expensive lowest value item I have purchased in a long time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
