The picture quality is just unreal—those Quantum Mini LEDs make colors pop so vividly, and the contrast is so sharp, it’s like I’m stepping into whatever I’m watching. Whether it’s a dark, moody movie or a bright sports game, everything looks crisp and lifelike, thanks to the Neo Quantum HDR+. The size is perfect for my living room; it’s immersive without overwhelming the space. Gaming on it? Total game-changer—smooth as butter with that 165Hz refresh rate and no lag. Plus, the anti-glare tech means I can watch any time of day without annoying reflections. The sound’s no slouch either—Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound make it feel like the action’s all around me, no extra speakers needed. Setting it up was a breeze, and the Tizen OS is super intuitive for streaming my go-to apps. Honestly, it’s turned my downtime into something I legit look forward to. Overall not what I expected

Very bright, so I have no complaints there.
Resolution: great when it works. I have had some instance where the movie is so pixilated and it take some time to adapt.
Contrast with AI can be very generic/fake but still very good. Change from the AI to a specific movie mode fixes this.
Its very very immersive with h q-symphony. LOVE it
Overall its good quality. It gets very pixilated on some videos especially with live or scheduled TV- Occasionally with other streaming platforms. I have fiber internet at 1G and can stream games well without lag; so I'm not sure if that was an issue but it seems to work well with gaming so far.

We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
If buffering continues, you may want to contact your internet service provider to check your current speed or explore upgrade options.
