So disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy AI Bixby leaves a lot to be desired. I use my phone for gaming Mahjong which it works well for. I'm kind of disappointed in the fact that Samsung does not play well with other devices. One of the main uses for my phone is to keep track of my health. I truly wish now I had about a Google pixel because of that fact. It seems to be a requirement of Samsung that you buy and use Samsung products only.

The phone slows up and loses a lot of battery within a few short weeks. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. The Galaxy A26 5G is designed for everyday use, and making small adjustments; such as managing background activity and keeping your device updated; can enhance performance and extend battery life over time.
To monitor your device's performance, you can use the Device Care feature, which provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. This feature also allows you to automatically optimize your phone or tablet for improved performance. The Quick Optimization option identifies apps that consume excessive battery power, clears unnecessary items from memory, deletes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps.
Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. Just go to Settings, swipe to find and tap Device Care, then tap Optimize Now and select Done.
