Sleek, stylish, functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy A26 5G is for personal use. And I absolutely can not get enough of the Galaxy AI circle to search! It is literally so endlessly convenient! I use it so everyday often that I only wish it had come out years sooner. It is the best tool my sleek, stylish, real life functionable phone has that no previous phone I've ever had before has come close to by comparison.

Good phone but UI 8 is Trash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone itself seems nice it's very Sleek the screen looks good and the hardware seems like it could do a good job. the problem with it is this horrible operating system. Samsung went through the troubles to roll out this whole new operating system and made it garbage it's too customizable you can't actually use the phone without having at least one to two weeks of setup depending on how you're going to use it and I don't have time for this . this is a joke. this is not for a professional person this is a phone for a child it does not have any professional ringtones you do not get access to ringtones all the notifications in it sound like something off a child's keyboard. you do not get access to real notifications. you cannot import them. there is no way to set up the email to feed off multiple different emails into one app. and if there is they will not give me that information they've made the entire setup of this operating system completely and totally obnoxious they have made sure this has been a horrible experience all the way from the beginning they could have done it better they could have had some support they can have people to help you out. their children as they sit behind their desks and they refuse to talk and expect you to go to the community for everything when they're the ones that wrote up this garbage operating system this is not helping me whatsoever at all that makes this phone a trash product it is something for a child not an actual adults

This product is ok for traditional use but freezes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product freezes alot doesn't hold much storage but the galaxy AI has been working well for me.... that is when the product isn't freezing up or shutting down... which started after I noticed the product was freezing

Thank you for your feedback. The Galaxy A26 offers various features, including Galaxy AI tools that improve everyday use. If your device is glitchy or slow, you can boost its performance by clearing its memory.
To do this, go to **Settings**, then swipe to tap on **Device care**. From there, select **Memory**, and tap **Clean now** to free up memory by closing background apps. If you prefer to keep certain apps running in the background, you can choose **Excluded apps** and add your preferred apps to the list so they aren’t closed when using this feature.
For a more thorough way to clean your phone's memory, try rebooting it periodically. You can restart your phone anytime by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tapping the **Power** icon. Choose **Restart**, then tap **Restart** again to confirm. If needed, you will be prompted to enter your PIN or password after the reboot is complete.

Great phone easy to use and good battery life.
