I have straight talk as well since 2012 and Samsung always does great with the network. I am thankful i have always chosen Galaxy AI for the best quality of phone! Easy to repair....

If your device’s touchscreen freezes or doesn’t respond, it doesn't necessarily indicate a fault. It could be caused by a problematic app or screen cracks. If your phone has a case, ensure it doesn’t hinder fingerprint recognition. Adding multiple fingerprints can help, as each use may differ slightly. For screen responsiveness, if you use a screen protector, verify that Touch sensitivity is enabled by going to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity. To improve performance, go to Settings > Device care > Optimize now (or Battery and device care on some models) to close apps and free memory. Your feedback on responsiveness drives us to improve software and hardware for better unlocking. Additional troubleshooting tips, including managing fingerprints and settings, are linked below, along with guidance on fixing frozen or unresponsive screens. Thank you for choosing Samsung.

I love camera features.
