This product is glitchy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ai is unmatched .the phone has a good feel and smooth features ,fits nicely in your hand ,durable as well.the graphics are top of the line ,bright and vivid clear and smooth easy on the eys...
However for some reason this phone is very glitchy and slow to respond....lot of lag...freezes and when restarted or turned off when powered or booted up again always says system ui not responding wait or close app ,every time..but other then that great phone hope to be able to upgrade some day when I can afford it .

If your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, please follow these steps:
1. **Force-reboot the device:**
- Make sure your battery is charged to at least 5%. If the battery is below 5%, the phone may not turn on after the reboot.
- Note: If the battery is completely drained, it should be charged for a minimum of 15 minutes using a suitable Samsung charger.
- Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. The Power menu may appear; continue holding the buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
- The device should boot up normally. If the Maintenance Mode screen appears, use the Volume buttons to navigate through the options, then press the Power button to select “Normal Boot.”
2. **Check for software updates:**
- Samsung frequently releases software updates after a One UI upgrade to address patches, fixes, or issues that may cause your device to freeze or crash. These updates typically include security patches, bug fixes, and optimizations to enhance stability and performance.
- We recommend regularly checking for software updates through **Settings > Software Updates** or **System Updates**.

Solid budget phone from Samsung

All of my old phones began having battery problems within 2 or so years and began slowing down alot and becoming unresponsive. The galaxy a26 with galaxy ai doesn't have these issues and has been great for several years.
