Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My a 26 is 1 of the best phones I've had.It's easy to watch videos on.It's easy to take videos on good receiving sending calls.I have found only 2 dead spots in service for all the area I live in. All the AI google functions work properly. I would said, overall, it is just wonderful I pesonally haven't had any problems with it I've had it for 2 years. Me personally , even though it's an older phone I would recommend it , but i'm sure the s series and the z series is better.

Affordable and reliable

Annoying when phone goes into system process mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Galaxy AI because it's helpful but the phone likes to crash a lot and I don't like the notification when it pops up over like my screen and over the bubbles it's really a new sense the phone starts to get slow and lag but overall I like the pictures over when the camera comes off the phone seems to go to a system process failure and that's a really annoying

It's great to hear that you enjoy the photo quality, but I understand that repeated crashes, lag, and system notifications appearing over your screen have made your experience less enjoyable.
Crashing and lag concern are often caused by cluttered cache files. Clearing the system cache can help resolve these problems without deleting your personal data. Here’s how to do it:
1. Turn off your Galaxy A26 completely.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition" and select it using the Power button.
4. Finally, highlight "Reboot system now" and press the Power button.
If the lag continues, please let me know:
- How much free storage space you have. You can check this by going to Settings > Device care > Storage.
- If the crashing occurs more frequently in specific apps.
Outdated apps can slow down your phone, so it’s a good idea to keep them updated. To check for updates:
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top.
3. Select "Manage apps & device." You will be able to see which apps have updates available.
4. Tap "Update" for any apps that require it.

Beautiful but some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI. The phone is perfect runs fine so far, functions perfectly. HOWEVER. I have eero wifi router, it is the phone or the router one of the two. It disconnects and won't let me reconnect untill I restart the device. Otherwise? Runs a-okay, and is a genuinely good device. I have the latin America version so I have no clue if the American or European versions could be any different, if there even is a European version

The extra features for the camera, how many ways to customize just about everything to your own liking. The camera is amazing, photos look so fresh and clear. Galaxy AI works wonderful too. Super helpful, pretty accurate, snd customizable.
