I watch you tube on it.play games.do what ever you want to do on it.samsung means a good phone to me.galaxy ai helps me get the scoop on everything on earth. No joke.just ask and it tells you all about what ever you have to know. Makes me the smartest person in the room.too.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy A26 5G. The A26 is designed to adapt to your daily movements, featuring screen responsiveness and motion options that support quick transitions on the go.
If you're having trouble adjusting the screen brightness on your Galaxy phone, we have a detailed guide to help you. It provides steps to adjust the screen brightness directly from the Quick Panel. To do this, swipe down from the top right corner of your screen to open the Quick Panel. Look for the brightness slider, represented by a sun icon. You can drag the slider left to decrease brightness or right to increase it.
Additionally, there is an option for adaptive brightness, which automatically adjusts your screen brightness based on the surrounding environment. For instance, if you’re in a bright area, the screen will increase brightness, while in darker conditions, it will lower it. To enable or disable adaptive brightness, touch and hold the brightness slider to open the quick settings. Then, tap the switch next to "Adaptive brightness."
In the guide, you will find further ways to keep your display brightness adjusted to your preference.
To manage the orientation of your phone, you can make your device's screen rotate freely with Auto Rotate, or you can lock it in one position using either Portrait or Landscape mode. To adjust the screen rotation settings, swipe down from the top right of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel. Look for the screen orientation icon. Depending on your settings, you might find the Portrait, Landscape, or Auto Rotate icon. Remember, the Portrait and Landscape icons appear gray when active, while the Auto Rotate icon is blue or white when enabled.
If the screen is locked in Portrait or Landscape mode and you want to change it, simply tap the icon (either Portrait or Landscape) to activate Auto Rotate. If Auto Rotate is already enabled, no further action is needed. I play games, shop, look up things, etc. The Ai feature is available but I'm still learning how to use it. My children and grandchildren help me but they also laugh at me because I don't know how to do it. Great phone for me!

Affordable and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed was the screen. It’s big, bright, and surprisingly smooth when you’re scrolling through apps or watching videos. For a budget phone, it actually feels pretty premium in that sense.
Battery life is another win. I can get through a full day without stressing about charging, even with regular use like YouTube, social media, and messaging. That alone makes it super practical.
The main camera is also decent. In good lighting, photos come out sharp and colorful—perfectly fine for Instagram or just everyday memories. It’s not mind-blowing, but I wasn’t expecting it to be.
Performance-wise, it handles normal stuff just fine. Apps open without much delay, and switching between them is mostly smooth. Plus, having 5G at this price is a nice bonus—it makes the phone feel a bit more future-proof.
It’s not a powerhouse. If you’re into heavy gaming or really demanding apps, you’ll probably notice some lag here and there.
Also, the extra cameras feel kind of “just there.” I didn’t find myself using them much because the quality drops compared to the main lens.
Charging speed is okay, but nothing special. You’ll still be waiting a while for a full charge.
Overall, the Galaxy A26 5G is just a solid, no-drama phone. It’s not trying to compete with expensive flagships, but it nails the basics—good screen, long battery life, and reliable everyday performance.
