It took me a bit to learn how to use some features but it really guides you right through it. I've still got lots to learn about all the great features that I didn't know about when I bought this phone. It's really a great value and offers more than I think I can learn. Super happy customer!

I don't mind the longer load times and slower processing, but the touch interaction is awful. I either have to repeatedly tap or when it does acknowledge I tapped, it jumps the screen around. Lesson learned about phone quality I guess.
