Was supposed to be new

Item arrived completely fine but the box was damaged and looks to be a return as the controller had someone’s finger crust on it and the console had finger prints as soon as I opened it. Was supposed to be new.

What a nice design and great game. Even the white is a different shade than a normal ps5. It has a matt finish and the black mountain design is embroidered into the console. Couldn’t be happier with it.

I bought my PS5 from Best Buy and had a great experience overall. The console was brand new, well-packed, and exactly as described. Setup was easy, and the PS5 runs perfectly with fast loading times and amazing graphics.

Had difficulty using the 12 digit redemption code. On PlayStation Store, the redemption space asks for a 10 digit code. While dealing with the online PlayStation assistant bot, I must have accidentally hit the purchase button and the full amount was charged to my credit card. Still dealing with PlayStation for a resolution.
