Smoke and Allergy Relief

I use Filtrete 1000 in my home. We don't smoke so I never realized how much more the Filtrete filter accomplishes beyond just catching dust and allergens. I own a rental property and a single older lady rents from me. To keep her from having to go up and down the basement stairs, I change the filter for her using the same type of Filtrete filter in the rental unit. I started by changing the filter every three months, but the filter was so black I moved up to every two months. Again, the filter was so dark I now change it every month. This alone is testament to how well the Filtrete 1000 filters smoke, dust, and allergens. I'm glad I use Filtrete in my home as well.

Best defense against allergens and pollen

I have tried other filters and nothing has worked better than Filtrete. It is a long lasting filter that lasts 3 months at a time. I have an older house that accumulates alot of dust and Filtrete takes care of that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works. It gets dirty. Can't tell if it really reduces allergens. Kind of like trying to prove a negative.
