I purchased this product a month ago and I don't notice any changes but the need to change filter already. Not worth the price especially when needing to replace filter after 3 weeks of usr when package says last up to 3months.

Been using for 2 months now I have to say can see much better air quality I use 20×30×1 and have a pretty good size unit would guarantee it to anyone who hasn't tried

My filter has arrow pointing in direction that would pull carbon into the furnace. This sounds wrong. Is it?

Odor reduction really works

I bought this about 6 months ago, and when it was time to replace I decided to downgrade to a less expensive filter without odor reduction; I can smell what I am cooking,( really any smell around the house) in my walk in closet, nowhere else, just there, and its horrible sometimes when the smell of fish or grease lingers. I will be buying only odor reduction filter for now on.

I've been using the Odor Reduction filters for the last year and have found them to be very effective at reducing the odor from my pets. Wish they were a bit easier to find at multiple retailers though.

Really does remove odors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've tried this model. I have been having the dirty sock smell coming from air return the last month. I was told that I might have to install a UV light in my unit to eliminate this ordor, which was going to cost quite a bit. So I was replacing the filter after 2 weeks and happen to see this model Odor remover and allergin removal and decided to give it a try before contacting my heat and air guy to install the uv product. I was really glad I gave it a try, this product total removed that smell! Thank you Filtrete for this great product!
