Great for family with allergies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two months ago I “splurged” and bought this filter. My family seemed to be in a non-stop battle with viral cold and allergy symptoms. We live in a very old house and I figured it was worth a try to see if this filter made any difference in our home. In just two days I could feel a difference in our air quality. The air seemed crisp and fresh. I also noticed by the end of the month that my family seemed to be having significantly less allergy related symptoms. Naturally I assumed it a coincidence that they were better and we happened to upgrade our air filter so this past month I replaced with a cheap $2 filter. It has been three weeks and we are all sneezing, coughing and having terrible allergy symptoms. I am going to purchase another one of these tomorrow!!!

Smokeless in Seattle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are clouds of smoke outside from wildfires but inside the air is so clean from this filter. I will never take clean air for granted again. We have used this filter in an older HVAC in an older house and it has caused no strain on the system. We originally bought it to mitigate against the flu (which the filter did very well) but are really appreciating its ability to trap fine smoke particles now. Recommended

Great Filter, Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since installing my new furnace in 2010 I have only bought this filter (20X25X4). It's easy to replace, works well for over three months (I usually replace at three month but sometimes I forget and my system had to remind me). Definitely worth it.

Awesome filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it in end of April husband could sleep allergies was getting the best of him. Put it in and a day or two he was able to breathe better and sleep better. I change it and you can see all the stuff it trapped and to out of the air I would tell everybody to buy these they are worth the money..

Vital for Smoke from Wildfire season

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these with a box fan to bring cool night air into my apartment, while filtering out the smoke particles from the wildfire smoke being blown into my area.
They come in a number of sizes that allow you to open a window to a minimum, and keep the worst of the air pollution out. I use a 20x20 and a 20x25 to cover a 20x45 opening.
Once, overnight, the air quality unexpectedly went from mod to unhealthy, and my apartment was filled with smoke. Ran my fan with the filter after closing all the windows, and it cleared it up.
I advise all my co-workers to use this method, and filters, to protect their lung health.
