Update to earlier one star review: I'm giving the fan 4 stars. The support team explained how to re-pair the remote and fan. I was holding the pair switch too long to re-pair remote/fan. A quick press of the pair switch did the trick! Might have given more stars if this instruction was included in the fan instruction booklet!

Great fan. I have looked and looked for a fan that rotates as fast as this one. O dont have to have my a/c as low as I normally do. The remotes are black. I feel the color and quality is disappointing.

Hello, please make sure the dimming is activated so the light can be set on the brightest setting. To activate the dimming, press and hold the up and down arrows for 5 seconds. Once the dimming is activated, press and hold the light button to adjust the brightness of the light. Bought this fan to replace a 20plus year old hunter fan that I was happy with until it got really noisy and nothing fixed it.
Installed it this weekend and so far I am not impressed. The LED lights just don't have a good feel to them (maybe the color?) and then there is the real problem -- the dual switch.
Installed the fan exactly as the one it replaced to work with my dual switch. One switch for the light and one switch for the fan -- doesn't work.
Reached out for support and they are trying to tell me that you have to have the main switch on (the fan?) in order for the light switch to work?
Doesn't seem right to me. I will give them one more chance to correct this, otherwise this fan is going back pronto.

Hello, this particular fan is designed to be operated via the remote. A wired dual switch will not operate as expected. The first switch will act as a breaker for the fan and light, this must remain in the ON position for the remote and the second switch to function. This is due to the integrated receiver. Great while it lasted, which wasn't long

After less than 9 months the integrated LED has stopped working and will only light up so dimly that we can't use the room at night since we can't see amything. Sonce it's an I tegrated LED we can't just replace the bulbs, we have to replace the whole darn fan. Thr replacement will NOT be a Hunter product.
