great filter for the cost

We use these filters regularly after trying several other brands/types. Maintains good airflow throughout life of the filter and has reduced the amount of dust we're finding on the furniture.

The right ratio dust / air flow

After many trials of different brands / different particule size - this product is exactly what I need - I have 2 AC units / 3 intake filters.

Worth the cost!

When I bought my house, it was obvious the previous owners/tenants had used cheap fiberglass filters, as the blower fan and motor had a layer of gunky dust a quarter inch thick (this house was a repo).
With a good cleaning, the blower and motor were in good shape again, but I wanted to make sure they stayed that way. Filtrete filters will ensure that my whole system stays clean.....I just wish they could speak, and give me a reminder every month!

Excellent Product and Well worth the Price

I've been using this particular product for years and although it isn't as powerful as the 1000 model, this one seems to be sufficient for even those of us with sensitivity to pollens or pet dust .. For new 3M customers, I'd suggest starting with this model and then move up to higher models only if need be.

Very nice pleated filter that stops more dust and pollens than fiberglass and not to much restrictive air flow for the blower. Also reasonably priced.

This filter trapped dust well. It also captured particulate and for a longer period of time. It is priced higher but it performs better. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
