Great hood with a minor annoyance.

Just got this installed last weekend and overall really love it, super powerful, really moves a lot of air and looks great! Quieter than the hood it replaced and that one hardly moved any air at all. My only minor complaint with the hood are the controls - there's an On/Off button that you have to press to enable all the other buttons, then you can select your fan speed and lighting. You can turn the light on and off by pressing the light button. You can change the fan speeds with no issue, however to turn the fan off you have to press the power button - which also turns off the light. It's a minor annoyance - it would be nice to be able to turn the fan off without having to turn the light off as well. I'm not sure why they chose to setup the controls this way.
Either way, I still love the hood, just as I said a minor annoyance with the controls.

Just installed, so I can't yet offer a long-term review. But so far, this unit is a vast improvement compared to the out-of-date hood vent it replaced. Looks to be well made, it's quiet, has more than adequate exhaust power, and offers good lighting. I found the price point attractive, too.

I recently installed the Hauslane UC-PS60 under cabinet range hood, and it has completely transformed my kitchen experience. The powerful suction is incredibly effective at removing smoke, steam, and cooking odors—even during heavy-duty cooking sessions. Whether I’m searing steaks or simmering sauces, the air stays fresh and clean.
The sleek, modern design fits beautifully with my kitchen decor, and the touchscreen controls are intuitive and responsive. I especially appreciate the dishwasher-safe filters, which make cleaning a breeze. The LED lighting is bright and well-placed, although I do wish it had a dimmable option for softer ambiance in the evenings.

Very noisy

It may have great airflow, but it is so loud. Was easy enough to install with a second set of hands.
