Efficient and sharp looking stove vent

Previously we always had smells in the upstairs of our house. Now NO MORE SMELLS!
Also the smoke alarms would previously be going off, even when I didn't burn anything. Now, no more alarms!
Very good and bright light.
I like how there is a timer on the fan and light, which means it will get rid of the smells and then turn off (saving energy and noise).

Awesome vent hood

The vent hood is sleek and modern. I've noticed a huge change from cooking with a less powerful vent, using this vent the house doesn't smell as much nor as long.

Don't think twice, buy it!!!

This range hood is the best!!! Dont think twice just buy it you wont regret it at all. Very well made and powerful. I am a contractor and will recommend it to all my customers. I installed this for my wife in our new kitchen and she loves it. No more smoke or food smell throughout the house. Seriously, the double fans take it all out. It is a little noisy on high but that just lets you know its working. 5 stars all day long folks

Can't Turn off Fans without turning of Lights

I purchased and installed this unit only to discover that for some reason it is designed with no way to independently turn off the fans without also turning off the light. You can turn the light on and off by pressing the light button, but the fan button only turns on each fan level. Pressing it again does nothing. The only way to turn off the fans is to either start the 5 minute timer, or turn off the unit entirely. Then, if you still want lights on, you have to turn the unit back on, then press the light button. It is absolutely astounding to me that this is how this unit is designed. There's no good reason that pressing the fan button again shouldn't shut off the fan. Who thought this was a good idea?! There are many, many times when I will want to turn off the fan without turning off the light. If I hadn't already spent an inordinate amount of time getting this installed I would return it, but that's just not an option given what goes into installing and venting one of these. Very disappointed.

UC-PS60

Still in the process of renovating our kitchen to include removing a downdraft stove, replacing it with a regular slide-in and added a UC-PS60 Hauslane vent hood. From the moment the vent was installed I was in love. It's beautiful against the newly stained cabinets and backsplash. The light is BRIGHT, love the 3 speed fan options and it cleans with ease. The higher the fan speed the louder it gets. I find that if I'm using the highest fan speed, it's temporary and not bothered by the noise at all. Did I mention the light? Yes, it's bright and exactly what I need. Our stove rests against an outside wall so we chose to vent through the back of the wall to the outside. Our contractor is the one who installed the vent hood so I can't speak to the ease of installation. I look forward to many years of cooking with this hood!

could be better

Good- looks great, great venting , powerful,
Not so good - too loud, just come out with it and list the db's
light color too harsh, it possible to make those selectable now in 2025, just do it
when i turn it on to turn the fan on and am using the light , great, if I want to shut off the fan i have to hit the power button and the light goes off but I am still cooking so I have to hit the power and light again. can the light be powered separately?
I am available for consulting.
