Love this product

Very good product. It's been over two years and it works perfectly. Self-cleaning feature is great. I love the fan. For the most part, we go to Level 2 to get rid of the steam, but even with Level 2, it works perfectly. In last two years, we barely had to go to Fan speed of or 4 one or two times.Very useful product. I event recommended my friends to buy this.

Great product, bad instructions

VERY POWERFUL! No louder than our old microwave, but a much smoother, more pleasant sound.No mounting template is provided. The mounting instructions seem detailed at first, but the measurements are wrong. Good thing I'm pretty DIY savvy and double checked the measurements. Once we got those right, install was pretty easy.Overall a good buy.

Very good value for price. Moves a lot of air, pretty easy to install. The controls are not perfect??ant to turn off the fan? Turning off the fan also turns off the lights, annoying design. I would prefer if the low fan setting was quieter, but it?? not terrible considering it?? ability to move air.Restaurant-style grease filters are easy to clean and install and look very good. Lights are not as bright as I would like.Within a month of installing, one of the lights would consistently flicker and go out randomly for extended periods. After several months of being frustrated by this, I called Hauslane for support, and they could not have been more helpful. After troubleshooting, they shipped me two new replacement LED assemblies free of charge and the problem appears to be resolved. Bravo!

I bought this range hood January 6 2019 for my new home. GREAT SUCTION. Need two people to install it. I'm asian so I cook with a lot of fish sauce and strong aroma that really stinks up the house. The hood does a really good job of removing the oder.Recently the range hood stopped working on November 2019. My customer service rep is name Eric. He was such a great help. They sent me three parts to replace and fix the issue but that didn't work so they ended up sending me a whole new range hood. I figured out the problem was that I needed a new motor for the fans but they told me that they didn't want to bother me with trying to replace the motor so they thought it would be easier on me to just send us a new hood. I thought it was very thoughtful of them and they really do care about customer service. I am impress. Now that I have an extra range hood that needs a motor replacement, I am going to buy the part and fix it myself and give it to my dad.

Very nice hood

I like this hood it take care all cooking smell out of my kitchen and no more worry about washing greasy filter. Only I don't like is clock 24hr format and I ask seller for 12hr format and they sent me right the way and it is very easy to install I did in less then 10min. I wish this hood has a smell sensor and it will be tune on automatically.

Every thing is good about this range hood:- Good looking- Easy to use- Install is easyexcept for 1 thing that some of other range hood can do is that it's a bit noisy, it's not too bad compare to others but it's not the best out there when it comes to noise.I couldn't give it 5 stars because of this.

Strong suction, easy to install

This model is easier to install than most models. The screw holes are cut in a way that if the screws were pre-installed on the cabinet first, the hood can be lifted up and hang onto the screws, it make the installation much easier (I will give another half star if a cardboard screw holes installation template is included in the package). The suction is as good as our old hood that cost double. I took one star off because of two reasons: 1. A cheaper model from the same manufacturer included a delay off timer, this model don't. 2. The LED is too weak (3W) and at an odd angle. The outside stove is only half illuminated. It is easy to fix, I replace the LED with wide angle 6W LED but I shouldn't have to do that myself.
