I'm a firm believer in power surge protection and if you've ever lost equipment during electrical storms, you know the value of them. Every outlet in my house is protected by surge protection and I've never lost a piece of equipment, but have had the protectors damaged without further damage. The price for this 8 outlet protector made this an even better buy.

I recently got this surge protector and installed it on my garage wall to power and protect my bank of battery charger/maintainers. It mounted easily with two screw anchors and plugged into the nearby outlet, with the excess cord neatly wrapped around the unit. I like the lighted on/off rocker switch, the led indicator for surge protection and the fact that Tripp-Lite will replace the unit if that led ever fails to light.

I've been very impressed both with the build quality of the units I purchased, but also the utility. Typical surge protectors are thoughtless when it comes to cord management, environment, etc. and whatever team designed this product clearly knew what they were doing!

Great rugged power bar with surge protection. The wall mount system works great and the spacing leaves room for those nasty power bricks. All in all a sturdy, rugged, product that has provided me excellent protection and use.

I've had this for over a year now and no complaints. It's not my first surge protector but this is my first Tripp-Lite. This has a 12-foot cord which enabled me to plug it behind my sofa and have enough cord left without straining the plug in the wall socket. One end has a handle for moving it easily or hanging it from something. There are 8 plugs, which I really needed for all my tech gear. There's an on/off power switch and a grounding light. It's a nice heavy duty rugged item that looks like it will last for many years,
