these are the greatest things to use to mark your college books, or your high school books with when you cannot write or highlight in the book itself. Makes it easier to study.

I began using these at work to mark pages for clients to sign.
When I went back to school I discovered a whole new use for them! As a law student, I use these to mark pages in my textbooks or notes that I need to refer back to because I can reuse or move them as needed. They are also easy to tuck into my bookbag and I use a different color for each subject.
I have also begun using them as bookmarks for the novels I read becasue they don't fall out and can be easily moved to another page without damaging the book!

I love using the 1/2" flags when I am shopping in a catalog. It helps me to remember what I saw on what page.
Also, the library in my community has magazines to take out and when I find an article that I would like to reference or make a copy of, the flags make it easy to remember where I should go quickly so I don't take a long time at the copy machine.

I think these flags are great, they are just the right size for putting page numbers on questions for reviews in class on any level.
When needing to remember something in a textbook, for example they make good makers without ruining the book, nor marking in the book.

I use them to mark how much of an ingredient I need or what the ingredient is,when I am making several things at one time.
They come in handy for so many reasons.

I absolutely love them for studying purposes. It makes finding important sections in my textbook much easier during midterms and finals! I have also started using them to flag my favorite recipes in different cookbooks. I have different colors for different types of dishes, which makes finding the ones I use the most much easier.

Half inch flags are great for temporary marking of place, eg. music in hymn books for one performance. These flags can be reused, and music selections can be color coded, arranged in sequence, and flags can be numbered, if necessary. Expense is minimal. Great for performing church choirs. Never lose your place.
