I love using the 1/2" flags when I am shopping in a catalog. It helps me to remember what I saw on what page. Also, the library in my community has magazines to take out and when I find an article that I would like to reference or make a copy of, the flags make it easy to remember where I should go quickly so I don't take a long time at the copy machine.
I organize our family calendar with the color coded flags. Green are for the boys' stuff, yellow is for the whole family, red for church, blue for my biz stuff, pink for all appointments ie, doctors, haircuts, dentist, etc. purple for mom's only stuff & orange for birthdays/holidays. I use a month at a glance calendar & it's so great to open it up & see all of the colors & easily see what's open & what's not. Highly recommend it.
Your post it flags are awesome! I use them daily at work. I have piles of paperwork and they keep everything easily in my view that needs my attention. they also work so well when I have special notations for the accounting girls for things they need to see. I just can't say enough about how easy these flags make my work life!
Part of my job is to go over policies with new staff and give them an employee handbook. Of course I expect all new staff to read the entire handbook, but I know that might not happen right away. So, I use these flags to tag sections of the handbook I want new staff to read as soon as possible. They are handy and look nice too.
As a teacher, I have to mark pages in my textbooks and notes quite often. These little flags are wonderful! I can even write a small note on the outside so I know what I am finding on the page.
