Works great for macOS

I bought this on amazon for my Mac computer running El Capitan. It worked flawlessly. Much better than expected. NOTE: If you already have an older bluetooth adapter inside your Mac, be sure to disconnect it so macOS only sees the StarTech adapter and it will work like a charm.

Doesn't work with windows 10

I just bought this because it states to work with windows 10, but the CD provided does not have an option for a windows 10 download option.

This adapter is natively supported in Windows 10, so software or drivers shouldn't be necessary for functionality. If you would like to download Windows 10 software or drivers anyways, you can find them on the "Support" tab of the product page. Download the latest driver for Win 10!

I tried this adapter on two Windows 10 laptops. Windows did not find and install a driver automatically on either one, but I came to this site, downloaded the driver package, and was in business on both machines in a few minutes.

Not working with W10 Enterprise

We bought this Bluetooth adapter for our clients, so they can pair their mice/keyboard/headset. The Bluetooth option appear, can be turned on and off, but no devices appear in the list, even after the installation of the drivers.
