I had purchased two of these commercial grade black-antique gold chairs. They are definitely quality made, but unfortunately they both arrived dented so I had to contact the company about a return. The customer service was fantastic, absolutely professional and they quickly got back to me about my problem and it was remedied to my utmost satisfaction. I definitely recommend this company and their excellent customer service department, along with their quality products.
