I live the practicity of using it!

I don’t give a 5 starts because it is only for hard floors, not for carpet area or carpet.

I would recommend to any one, light, easy to maintain and to operate, cleans the areas to be vacuumed. Love the self cleaning feature of it.

Best vaccum ever

This is the best vacuum ever. I tried a fair deal of different brands and kinds of vacuum, this one is by far the best one. Wet and dry technology is awesome and works pretty well

Beware! Paid for a new but got an open-box.

I hope no one has this experience. Picked up this item in store and opened it to find out my "new" vacuum is definitely a returned item. The seal of the cleaning solution was ripped off, product parts were not properly placed in the original packaging, water in Dirty-Water-Tank from last use, frizzy brush roller from last use for sure. The plastic shield covering the brush roller is covered by a thick layer of dust from the last owner's cleaning job. Wish I can upload pictures to show how obvious this item is used and how oblivious Best Buy would still sell it as a new item. I am returning this without question. Be careful to check your item when you get it. I wasted 3 hours charging the machine then found out it was a used item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Way better than bissel crosswave

Upgraded from bissel crosswave. This one is so much easy to push, to turn, and the water is sprayed evenly over the path. Most important, this one is so much easier to clean! Pour out the dirty water tank, rinse and its done. For anyone considering buying a bissel, think twice. It literally take 10 minutes to vacuum the floor, and 20 minutes to clean the machine. And once a week you need to use your screwdriver to open the parts to deep clean. Very satisfied with Tineco S5.
