Hand Scraped Chairs and Rough and Jagged

The chairs themselves look nice and appear to be well made, however, the finish is so rough I had to spend time to steel-wool each of the four I purchased. I was afraid anyone who sat on them would tear or snag their clothing. The color of the dark natural has a slight green cast which isn't the best either. I will end up staining them a nicer color. I should not have chosen the hand-scraped finish.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love my new crossback chairs! They are exactly as I hoped, came totally wrapped in foam (meticulous...I never expected this!) and are perfect! My husband even likes them! Only complaint is they took a bit to arrive...were backordered twice, but once I received them I was thrilled!

nice chairs, but they come a little rough I had to sand paper them because i got splinters in my fingers twice, and my clothes get tangle in the back of the chair. BUt they look nice, I am happy with my purchase, te color was a little different than the picture.
