These are good chairs, they seem to be pretty well made, well put together. The color I ordered (light brown) is much lighter than they were pictured on the website, wish I could have seen a more accurate picture for the color, may have gone with a darker choice. There are some rough spots on the chairs that grab soft material clothing, but should only need a light sanding to smooth it out. There are a few things you don't normally expect to be issues when buying a new chair, but for the price they are quality where it matters and a little elbow grease will make them as good as you could get for a much higher price point.
Overall, I'm happy and would purchase again.

I bought these chairs to go with my farmhouse table. My table has a white base and a walnut top. These chairs pair perfectly. They are sturdy but lightweight. Very happy!

we love the chairs, but the seat and the rest of the chair were 2 different colors. the colors are hard to see on the website. Other being disappointed in that, we love the chair.

Though the xchairs are stylish and sturdy, I was unaware that the dark natural had a "hand scraped" finish. No where was that mentioned in the description of the chair. This feature makes the chairs extremely scratchy and splintery in spots and makes them a bit problematic with the kids. The chairs are a greenish brown and not at all the "dark natural" brown color pictured. I chose to keep them as returning seemed too big a process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
