Order was delivered promptly and as expected. One chair had a blemish and I was quickly sent a replacement chair with no fuss. Foam seat is very firm so not quite as comfy as I was hoping for but otherwise very pleased

The chair is very sturdy and feels solid, even for long events. I love the modern silvervein finish, which makes it look more elegant than typical banquet chairs.
